Absolutely the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Seriously, don’t throw your cash and time away on this place. They charge a $10 fee for restocking each item, and you’re stuck covering the return shipping. I was just looking to grab a different size for the clothes I bought for my dog, which, by the way, is so sheer you can practically see through it. What a nightmare!

Worst customer service ever. Do not waste your money and time shopping here, they have a $10 restocking fee per item and you have to pay your own return label. I got 2 stunning jackets for my little Chihuahua from Silver Paw around the holiday season. I gotta say, the quality is absolutely top-notch. One of the jackets was a tad too big, so I reached out to this fantastic company for an exchange. Their customer service was superb, and all I needed to do was cover the shipping for a smaller size. They also requested that I donate the incorrect size jacket to a dog in need at a nonprofit. The jacket will be given to Jaime, who runs a nonprofit for abused and neglected small dogs called PawliciousPoochiePetRescue. Big thanks to Silver Paw for not just offering awesome gear for our furry friends but also for their outstanding customer service and generosity.

I ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my Little Chihuahua from Silver Paw around Christmas Time. Needless to stay the quality of it is 100% outstanding. One of the 2 Jackets fit a little too big, so I connected with this amazing company to ask for an exchange. Their costumer service was great and all I had to do was pay for the shipping to receive a smaller size and they asked to please donate the wrong size Jacket to a Dog in need at a Non Profit Organization. The Jacket will go to Jaime who owns a non profit organization for abused and neglected small dogs: PawliciousPoochiePetRescue .

I'm giving it a couple of stars just because I really like the product—it's adorable and well crafted. However, the coat I got is way too small for my dog, and I can't seem to get anyone to help me with a return. When I placed my order, I received a nice email saying I could reach out with any questions, but when I did, I got a bounce back saying the email was invalid. I tried sending another email, but still no reply. Plus, there’s no clear section for Returns or any instructions on their site. Because of all this, I won't be ordering from them again.

I am giving it 2 stars only because I like the product--cute and well made. But the coat I ordered is too small for my pup and I can't for the life of me get anyone's attention for a return.
